THE MINDGURU CLINIC (MGC) provides treatments via a network of independent MGC Partner Clinics. MGC Partner Clinics are independently owned clinics who offer their mental health services.
Clinics are the direct clients of our website/application. We provide you with a unique URL so that your Clients/Patients can access your service easily.
We will not ask for any Registration fees for Joining in the website, www.mindgurulive.com. However will take 10% of the consultation fees of a Counselor/Psychiatrist as service charge for the consultation happening through the Platform.
Clinic should pay the service charges directly to MindGuru office or the service charges pending will be adjusted during other online transactions taken place for consultation fees or clinics should transfer the service charges monthly to MindGuru.
The Counselors/Psychiatrists registered in the MGC should be accredited professionals
The Consultation fees displayed in the Platform will be the pricing including our service charge.
You are free to choose your own business model and flexible pricing, what you charge your clients for your services is up to you
We keep relationship both with the Clinic and Cient, to ensure services are at desired quality of MGC.
A clinic admin panel will be provided by MindGuru in the website for entering appointment schedules, Counselors/Psychiatrist details, therapeutic records
It is your responsibility to ensure that you verify the Counselor/Psychiatrist with necessary certificates and documents before appointing a Professional in your Clinic.
Clients can do their payment in full either in the online mode in the Platform or direct at Clinics Cash Counter.
If a booked consultation may not happen on the allotted time due to Inconvenience of Clinic, the end client can reschedule the appointment according to the availability of the slots. However the inconvenience in appointment occurs due to the end clients reasons, Clinics have all the right to cancel/reschedule the appointment, with or without charging for the loss of the time slot.
If a client is unable to attend the booked appointment, Client/Clinic should contact us immediately on 8594 038 038. If you have any reason to complain, please address this in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your complaint or query within 2 working days. We aim to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or issue within 10 working days.
Clients should arrive for appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced consultation time or forfeiting of the appointment. MindGuru Clinic will endeavour to ensure that the appointment runs on time.
All end Clients will be asked to provide contact details; including: full name, DOB, full address, telephone numbers and email address. This will secure an appointment.
You will be requested to update your Medical Records regularly either in the website or at your clinic.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected.
Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
The terms of this agreement shall commence on the registered date in MindGuru platform and shall continue for one year. Thereafter Company will renew/end agreement depending upon the quality of services offered by the clinic.
